- Tuesday: Chile Pie (now a Bobenmoyer family staple; cooked turkey sausage mixed with kidney beans, salsa and canned tomatoes then topped with a cornbread/cheddar cheese mixture and baked)
- Wednesday: Leftovers
- Thursday: Asian Veggie Noodle Bowl
- Friday: Black Bean Burgers <-- just got this recipe in this month's Gourmet magazine in their TenMinuteDishes section; will be our veggie dish for the week
- Saturday: *Eric's 30th Bday Celebration!*
