Read It And Weep (At Least My Checkbook Is Weeping)

Why am I weeping you ask? Hunter had his 18-month check-up today. We had been toddling around Exam Room 3 for about 10 minutes (Hunter = shirtless, Mommy = trying to halt him from cramming grahams into the hidden cubbies underneath the exam table). And it was about then that Dr. Dodge entered the room, looked at Hunter's growth chart and dropped the bomb on me:

"Your son is going to be a big, big boy."

It's true. In looking at his growth mapping, he is literally off the charts. Apparently I've birthed the next coming of Shaq. Or Robert Wadlow.

So dear Friends and Family: Please send money for future groceries.

And dear makers of Boniva: Start sending those osteroperosis supplements my way now. My back is already starting to give out...
